This love story sounds to like a dream. It seems like it comes out of a Nicholas Sparks’ novel.
When Matthew and Ayash met on his vacation at Jakarta, it seemed like he pretty much knew that she was the one. Within a few weeks of returning to the UK, Matthew decided to quit his job, pack his bags, and move to Jakarta simply just to be with Ayash.
Their story can’t be any more perfect when the new year of 2014 approached. Both Matthew and Ayash were in Bali, on the beach, counting down to bid 2013 goodbye. As the clock hit midnight, and as the New Year fireworks turned the night sky into bright hues, Matthew and Ayash looked into each other’s eyes and said their I-love-you’s for the very first time.
At this point, maybe you’re wondering, “Is that proposal in the beginning true?”
The answer is yes! Back in September, Matthew and Ayash returned to one of their most memorable place (and maybe one of the most romantic places), Bali. He proposed to her in Ubud, by the river with 200 candles. I might have teared up a little when I heard this story :’) It is just like out of a novel or a movie.
