Nothing Short Of Spectacular!

It was the perfect day. Birds were chirping, the air was breezy and the bride was waiting for his prince charming. It was plain to see the love they have for each other. The moment Wendi first laid eyes on his bride, he was smitten. It was as if the world stops and it was just Wendi and Linda. Nothing else matters.

Together they went to the church where their big families await. Both sides of the families were present. With much anticipation and excitement they flew from various cities in Indonesia to Singapore to witness Wendi and Linda’s happily ever after.

The church’s exterior looks like it was straight out of a fairy tale. All white with beautifully decorated indentation as the detail, with the perfect topper. A glorious bell was mounted at top of the tower of the church. It was surreal.

Finally it was time for our beautiful blushing bride, Linda, to make her entrance. The procession was nothing short of spectacular. We couldn't believe what happened. The bell was ringing constantly without cease for what felt like an eternity. It was magical. It was magnificent. It was the kind of magic every girl wishes for on her wedding day. It was as if the bell could hardly hold its excitement to the entire city that a real life princess and her king father were making their entrance. At the podium stood her prince charming ready to call her his one and only.

When Wendi took her hand and the matrimony continued. It was sweet, genuine and emotional. Promises were spoken, hugs were shared, and tears fell on everybody’s cheeks. They finally said, “We do.”

The pastor’s announcement to the congregation of Wendi and Linda’s new status marked the end of the matrimony. It was time for the newly wed, and their core family to march out of the church. We thought that was enough fire works for the day. But oh boy, were we wrong!

As they took their first steps, the church bell began to ring again. It felt louder this time. Emotionally the bell yelled its enthusiasm to the entire city of what had happened moments before. It’s even more excited for what’s to come for Wendi and Linda. The bell carried our joy and gratitude for having witness and be a part of such a magical experience. It was truly nothing short of spectacular!
