It has been a lil over a month since two of my closest friends tie the knot for a lifetime. I felt really blessed to be able to be a part of one of their most important day since a year ago, when they decided to have me and my amazing team to film their wedding day :) I realised it’s a different experience editing a wedding film if you personally know the couple for years and years. Not forgetting the pressure to finish in time as their schedule was so tight that day! #struggleisreal I felt there is a strong connection and feelings that I could pour my heart out in this wedding film.
A lil backstory, Stephanie and I met in Auckland since 2012 and has ever since been very close. She used to be my sleepover & wine buddy, talking about random and deep topics while having that creative juice. I shan’t talk about how I’m always the one getting tipsy faster than her, she sure can handle her alcohol well despite her petite frame! We also work together in the same company selling tourist photos like sales maniacs. To cut it short, we were working our guts off to earn a living back in Auckland together, through thick and thin as the seasons come and go, sharing our ups and downs while being in a foreign country. As for Kevin, he’s a fun guy to be around, always telling jokes, even though sometimes I don’t really get his jokes at all but, just because they are lame, which made us laugh to bits. I guess his goofiness was one of the traits that attracted Steph to him hahaha..
Anyway, I wish both of you lifelong happiness and have a blessed marriage! Remember to always love and support each other, especially in tough times. Just rewatch the video to remind yourselves how beautiful your vows are and the sacrifices you both make to finally unite as a married couple.
p.s: I hope I did a good job in making your wedding film.
Stay in love guys!
Love you both,
