Kairos Works
Dec 7th 2015

I remembered it was a very beautiful day and  we were in a very excited mood to start that day. We were gifted with such a beautiful cloudy sky, the sun was shining shy behind the clouds and the wind was blowing so gently. That day, was October 30, 2015 when this beautiful corner at that garden was decorated with white chiffon and Lilies. A very nice flower gazebo stood there with a brown bible and there were also vases of sand on the beautiful white table.

That day was the wedding day of our dearest Michael & Ester, and we are so excited to capture their wedding in such a lovely day like that day. We knew Michael & Ester for maybe about 1.5 years when they were still planning their wedding and contacted us to be their photographer. Since the first time we met them we knew that their wedding will be awesome, and we kind of like all of their ideas. If you are a wedding photographer, you will know that there is a kind of wedding that you really looking forward to capture, and their wedding was in our whitelist.

But despite of their beautiful wedding, we found that they are both a very nice and humble person. We have this story from them that still clearly remain in my mind. When we arranged their prewedding session in Singapore, I must admit that the first thing that I do was offering them some locations to capture the magnificent view of Singapore with its landmarks. But they politely rejected and came out with ideas that I can hardly say no to.

They spent a lot of their times in Singapore, and theu have memorable places there, from casual breakfast in a kopitiam next to the street junction, and a afternoon walk at a small park somewhere in Killiney. And they just wanted to relive their moments their moments there so they can always remember them in their old days.

There are a few people that I know are that really realize every single moment of their life and really treat them as a precious thing. The give thanks for every moment of their life and keep them in their heart like a treasure box that is always worthy to be kept. Michael & ester are two amongst those people.

So that's why, When their wedding finally came and we have the privilege to capture it, we don't want to waste our chance to do what we can do best. Because we know what were about to capture that day was a very precious moment for them to share with their little family years to come, and to teach them the great value of appreciating every moments in life, even the smallest one.

Best
